Justice & Democracy Party has outlined twelve key priorities aimed at building a just, democratic, and prosperous Bangladesh. These principles guide our political vision and policy commitments.

1. Protection of Religious Values

Justice & Democracy Party believes that religion plays an important role in the moral and cultural life of the people of Bangladesh. Our party is committed to protecting the religious freedom of all communities and ensuring that every citizen can practice their faith peacefully and with dignity.

JDP supports a society where religious values promote honesty, compassion, social responsibility, and mutual respect. We also believe that maintaining religious harmony is essential for national unity and social stability.

2. Implementation of the July Charter

Justice & Democracy Party supports the democratic aspirations and reform demands expressed through the July movement and the July Charter. We believe that the spirit of this movement represents the desire of the people for fair governance, accountability, and meaningful political reform.

JDP is committed to implementing democratic reforms that strengthen institutions, ensure transparency, and restore public trust in the political system.

3. Protecting National Sovereignty from Foreign Aggression

JDP firmly believes that Bangladesh must protect its sovereignty and national interests in the global arena. Our foreign policy approach will prioritize national dignity, balanced diplomacy, and strategic independence.

We support strengthening the country’s defense capabilities, protecting economic independence, and ensuring that national decisions are always guided by the interests of the people of Bangladesh.

4. Protection of Water, Nature, and Biodiversity

Bangladesh is a river-based country with rich biodiversity and natural resources. Justice & Democracy Party is committed to protecting rivers, wetlands, forests, wildlife, and natural ecosystems.

JDP will promote sustainable environmental policies, combat pollution, address climate challenges, and ensure that natural resources are preserved for future generations.

5. Free Employment-Oriented Education

Education must not only provide knowledge but also prepare citizens for meaningful employment. JDP aims to develop a modern education system that focuses on skills, technology, innovation, and professional development.

We support expanding access to free and quality education while aligning academic programs with the needs of the labor market and emerging industries.

6. Universal Free Healthcare Services

Healthcare is a fundamental human right. Justice & Democracy Party supports building a healthcare system that ensures accessible and affordable medical services for all citizens.

JDP will work to strengthen hospitals, expand healthcare infrastructure, improve medical education, and ensure that every citizen receives essential healthcare regardless of financial status.

7. Fair and Corruption-Free Economic System

Corruption and financial mismanagement have significantly harmed the development of Bangladesh. JDP is committed to establishing a transparent and accountable economic system.

Our policies will focus on preventing corruption, stopping illegal financial flows, ensuring fair taxation, and strengthening institutions that promote financial integrity and economic justice.

8. Business, Investment, and Entrepreneurship Friendly Environment

Economic growth requires a strong and dynamic private sector. Justice & Democracy Party supports policies that encourage investment, business expansion, and entrepreneurship.

JDP will work to simplify regulations, reduce bureaucratic obstacles, and create a business environment that encourages innovation, job creation, and sustainable economic growth.

9. Development of Agriculture, IT, and Emerging Industries

Agriculture remains a key pillar of the Bangladeshi economy, while technology and innovation represent the future. JDP aims to modernize agriculture through technology, research, and improved support for farmers.

At the same time, we will promote the growth of the IT sector, digital industries, and emerging technologies to position Bangladesh as a competitive economy in the global market.

10. Environment-Friendly and Planned Urban Development

Rapid urbanization has created significant challenges in cities, including traffic congestion, pollution, and housing shortages. Justice & Democracy Party supports planned urban development that prioritizes sustainability, public transportation, green spaces, and efficient infrastructure.

JDP aims to build modern cities that are livable, organized, and environmentally responsible.

11. Legal Protection for Migrant Workers and Security for Their Families

Millions of Bangladeshi workers contribute to the national economy through overseas employment. Justice & Democracy Party believes these workers deserve stronger legal protection and government support.

JDP will work to improve labor agreements with foreign countries, provide better services through embassies, and ensure the safety, dignity, and welfare of migrant workers and their families.

12. Protection of Fundamental Rights for All Citizens

Justice & Democracy Party strongly believes in protecting the constitutional rights and civil liberties of all citizens. Democracy cannot function without the protection of fundamental freedoms such as freedom of expression, equality before the law, and the right to fair justice.
